last night i was blessed enough to see the cast of growing pains on larry king live. my take on them: kirk cameron seems like he was awful to work with back in the day and his little curly ego ran wild, although his sister deej is still hot (i'll be seein her tonight!). tracy gold is still cute but it’s sad that all she’ll be known for is her anorexia. and a caller actually labeled her bulimic. joanna kerns is looking way good for her age. surprised she hasn’t done more work. jeremy miller’s highlight since the show went off the air was doing the voice of linus in some charlie brown special. luckily though, i’m sure he has no trouble picking up guys to take back home for the night. and finally alan thicke. i was impressed with him and again, surprised he hasn’t done more work aside from those animal shows. maybe they all have but i just haven’t noticed. probably not. i’m am so freaking excited for tonight though. larry king is gonna have on the cast of full house. this is a must event for everyone. i’m wondering who all will show. i actually hope everyone shows up. well, dave coulier wouldn’t be missed if he doesn’t make it. but what else would be doing with his time these days? anyways, set your tivos and check your local listings for cnn. they usually broadcast larry twice during the night so we are all in for a treat.
my jeep is supposed to be here today. kim called the lady though and she said approximately today or tomorrow. although i’m excited to get it back, it is sad in a way. i almost wish that i didn’t have to get it back because my jeep was the remaining tie that i had with d.c. unloading it is basically unloading my entire arlington room. the time there officially ended dcecember 17, but getting the jeep makes things so final in my mind. as if it were a person along for the ride with me, it got to experience everything i did in a way. man i’m getting retarded.
oscar de la hoya time. best cinematography is to brokeback. however, i never did see the new world. what the hell happened to that movie? i thought it was on a limited release for a while, but then i just never heard a thing about it. i would still like to see it. writing for an original screenplay is to syriana. crash was really good, but like i said before, i’m in love with george. and steve soderbergh for that matter.
i ride the bus everyday and i hate it. the pulp fiction dvd has too many special features on it. there are a bazillion articles and reviews that are pages and pages long to read. i’m constantly working on seeing all my dvds’ special features, and currently pulp fiction is killing me. almost as bad as lotr special editions.
i bought kim this spaghetti cooker tube thing from some tv commercial for valentine’s day. kind of a crappy and cheesy gift, but it’s practical and i’m sure she’ll like it. i have no worry that she will read this and find out what i’m getting her because she is the last person on earth to actually read this. of course i’ll get her other crap but i haven’t thought of anything else yet. any ideas? it’s been over two months since i got a hair cut. i was thinking about getting some kind of counter on my blog to track the time. so far if i pull my front hair down as far as it goes, it comes to about my eyes. it doesn’t look that long though when it’s just sitting. i’m not sure what look i’m going for. i was hoping for some cool looking long haired part in the middle, but i think it’s actually headed for a steve perry look instead. although he doesn’t have a scraggly beard.
and as an update to the cactus situation, i chickened out when it came down to asking my mom to take over the responsibilities of the thing. i need to come up with a good way of asking, considering it was basically a gift to me and now i'm telling her that i don't want it and she might as well have it. plus, i'm not really into cacti. my dad was a cacti nut and had tons growing at his house. it's just not my style. i don't want to poke myself or jonas. i'm just not a big fan of the desert. speaking of, how do all the crazy rock yielding muslims get all those rocks? the places they are throwing rocks at are usually located in pretty urban looking settings. do they bring rocks from home like people would bring fruit back in the day to chuck at people? i would like to ask them. i would also like to learn arabic. when i learn, i'll ask, and you'll know.

you bought your wife something to cook with for valentines days..... man, what a fuckin pimp =) Why don't you buy her a new clock for the stove while your at it? lol.
actually she could use a damn clock. but i figure, since i generally refuse to cook, i might as well give her all the help she can get. i'm just tryin to make her life easier. see, i care.
